About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. As the Account Manager at Spa Lifestyle, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service, helping them make the most of our offerings, and facilitating their continued engagement with our spa and wellness services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their individual wellness goals and preferences.

  2. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services, packages, and memberships to meet client needs and increase revenue.

  3. Customized Wellness Plans: Work closely with clients to create personalized wellness plans that align with their goals and preferences.

  4. Consultation and Guidance: Provide expert advice on spa services, treatments, and wellness programs to meet client needs and enhance their well-being.

  5. Appointment Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring their preferred times and therapists are available.

  6. Client Feedback: Gather and document client feedback to enhance our services and improve the client experience.

  7. Client Events: Organize and promote client events, workshops, and wellness programs to foster a sense of community and client engagement.

  8. Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and encourage long-term membership.

  9. Billing and Invoicing: Manage client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the spa and wellness industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong client-focused mindset and a passion for wellness and self-care.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
