About the Role

As an Event Host at Lifestyle Careers, you will play a pivotal role in curating and hosting events that align with our brand values and resonate with our audience. Requirements

Responsibilities:


  1. Event Planning:

    • Collaborate with the events team to plan and coordinate a variety of events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions.

    • Develop and execute event concepts that align with Lifestyle Careers' brand image and appeal to the target audience.

  2. Hosting and Facilitation:

    • Serve as the charismatic host for events, engaging with attendees, introducing speakers, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

    • Facilitate activities, games, or discussions to enhance attendee interaction and participation.

  3. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate event details, schedules, and expectations to both internal teams and event participants.

    • Act as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and feedback.

  4. Logistics Management:

    • Oversee on-site event logistics, including set-up, coordination with vendors, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

    • Ensure that events run smoothly and according to plan.

  5. Audience Engagement:

    • Interact with event attendees to gauge their experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    • Encourage audience participation and create a positive and inclusive environment.

  6. Promotion:

    • Assist in promoting events through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and collaboration with marketing teams.

    • Work to increase attendance and engagement for each event.


Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

  2. Experience:

    • Proven experience in event hosting, coordination, or related roles.

    • Strong understanding of event planning and logistics.

  3. Communication Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills.

    • Ability to connect with diverse audiences.

  4. Charisma and Energy:

    • Charismatic and energetic personality to captivate and engage event attendees.

  5. Problem-Solving:
